At ELE USAL BILBAO we want your stay to be unforgettable and very special, that is why we offer you our list our ‘Cultural and Social activities’ where you will find:
- Extracurricular activities, authentic activities, aimed at young people and adults, and open all year round.Included here:
- Board games afternoon in the centre
- Film screenings in the cinema room
- Gastronomic days “A dish to share”
- Excursions for big groups to nearby towns and cities.
- Outings and visits to different places in the city with smaller groups.
- Pintxos day: For lovers of conversation , gastronomy and coffee, we will organise an outing around the city of Bilbao to taste some delicious and typical Basque pintxos. At each meeting, participants will discuss cultural topics and interesting topics for them. The time and day chosen will depend on the availability of our students and teachers. The activity is open all year round and is carried out at the request of our students, a minimum number of 2 students is required for this activity.
- Let’s dance! Once a month there will be dance classes of Latin rhythms and other regional dances at the centre . For this activity, participants will be able to register a guest with whom they can enjoy and share the activity. The classes will last 1 hour/session and will take place in a designated room in the academy. A minimum of 5 people must be registered for this activity to take place.
- After school activities: Designed for the youngest children, from 6 to 12 years. During this time, children take part in playful and creative activities, in which they integrate art, knowledge of both Chinese and Spanish languages and at the same time make friends. During the academic year 2023/2024, the activities will take place every Friday in June for 1 hour and 30 minutes. You can find more information here.
- Summer Camp: With the arrival of summer it is an excellent option to take part in playful and educational activities, that is why during the month of July 2024 we open our bilingual Chinese-Spanish summer camp, designed for children aged 6 to 12. This is a bilingual camp where the children attend the centre in the morning (from 9:00 to 13:00) to do different creative activities in Spanish and/or Chinese. You can find more information here.
