(ELE USAL BILBAO), registered office: C\/ Aureliano valle, 04 bajo izq., CIF: B95963534, telephone: (+34) 946 11 56 66, email: info@bilbao-eleusal.com.<\/p>\n<p>1. The full course fee, or the relevant instalment where a payment plan is available, must be paid before the course start date.<br \/>\n2. The creation of new groups is subject to the availability of teaching staff, classroom availability and the required minimum number of students. Each group must have a minimum of 4 students in order to commence. If this minimum number is not reached, all amounts paid will be refunded in full.<br \/>\n3. All courses may be paid for at the beginning of each month or, at the latest, one week before the relevant course start date. However, courses for international students must be paid in full within the deadlines established and communicated in advance.<br \/>\n4. The timetable for group classes is aligned with the academic calendar of the Basque Country. Consequently, school holiday periods and public holidays are included within the applicable course fees.<br \/>\n5. Accepted methods of payment are: a single payment in cash or by bank card, or payment by direct debit. By signing and completing the relevant authorisation form, the student accepts the direct debit arrangement and the associated charges.<br \/>\n6.-Private lessons are indivisible in terms of level and content. Where two students attend the same private lesson, the session will be delivered at a single level and using the same teaching materials. Therefore, both students must demonstrate the same level of language proficiency, as determined by the prior assessment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.-Students must give notice of withdrawal at least 15 days before the end of the current month. Failure to do so will result in the full fee for the following month being charged.<br \/>\n2. Fees paid are non-refundable. If a student is unable to continue the course after payment has been made, they may transfer their place to another student (who will be required to pay the applicable enrolment fee) or use the amount paid towards any other service offered by the school.<br \/>\n3. To cancel a private lesson, the student must notify the school via the school&#8217;s WhatsApp account or by email to the Academic Coordination Department at least 24 hours in advance. The lesson may then be rescheduled for a later date. Otherwise, the lesson will be deemed to have taken place, will be charged in full, and cannot be made up.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. ESCUELA DE LENGUA ESPA\u00d1OLA S.L. will provide students with all possible information, within the scope of our role as a Spanish language school, throughout the visa application process, with the aim of facilitating its successful completion.<br \/>\n2. ESCUELA DE LENGUA ESPA\u00d1OLA S.L. will issue an Offer Letter, a Certificate of Enrolment and, where accommodation has been arranged through the school, proof of accommodation booking.<br \/>\n3. Enrolment shall remain valid for a period of 12 months. Once enrolment has been issued, should the student require additional time to apply for a visa or to join the course, the school will reserve the student&#8217;s place for a maximum period of 12 months.<br \/>\n4. If the student is unable to commence the course on the scheduled start date due to delays in obtaining a visa or for other justified reasons, the school will issue, at no additional cost, an extension letter or a new Certificate of Enrolment.<br \/>\n5. Requests for course deferral must be communicated to the school at least 4 weeks prior to the course start date.<br \/>\n6. Once a visa has been granted, the student undertakes to attend the course for which they have enrolled. Under no circumstances will ESCUELA DE LENGUA ESPA\u00d1OLA S.L. refund any fees paid solely because the student decides not to attend or fails to fulfil this commitment.<br \/>\n7. Once the school has completed the student&#8217;s enrolment and sent the Certificate of Enrolment by email, the student undertakes to proceed with the visa application process. Otherwise, no refund or reimbursement shall be granted.<br \/>\n8. Refunds will only be considered in the event of a visa refusal and upon submission of the official refusal notice. Such documentation must be provided to the school within 5 calendar days of receiving the visa refusal decision.<br \/>\n9. In such cases, the amounts paid for the course and accommodation, where applicable, will be refunded. The enrolment fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.<br \/>\n10. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within approximately 90 working days following receipt and verification of all required documentation.<br \/>\n11. Once the visa has been granted, the school may provide support and guidance to the student regarding the arrangements necessary for their arrival and settlement in Spain.<br \/>\n12. If the visa refusal decision states that the refusal was due to errors or deficiencies attributable to the student, the school will endeavour to assist the student in correcting the documentation and submitting a new application.<br \/>\n13. If the visa refusal decision states that the refusal was due to errors attributable to the school, specifically in the Certificate of Enrolment or the accommodation documentation issued by ESCUELA DE LENGUA ESPA\u00d1OLA S.L., the school&#8217;s legal advisers will review the case and contact the relevant embassy or consulate as soon as the refusal notice is received, with the aim of resolving the matter at no additional cost to the student.<br \/>\n14. If the situation cannot be remedied, the school will refund in full the amounts paid for the course. The enrolment fee will remain excluded from any such refund.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ATTENDANCE POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students are required to attend all sessions corresponding to the course in which they are enrolled. In accordance with the applicable immigration regulations, the school is required to report any absences that have not been duly justified to the relevant authorities.<br \/>\nA student&#8217;s total absences must not exceed 2.5% of the course&#8217;s total taught hours. All absences must be supported by appropriate documentation and reported to the school as far in advance as possible. In order to ensure compliance with this obligation, the school will issue the following notifications to the student:<\/p>\n<p>1. First notification: when the student reaches 1.25% of absences or non-attendance.<br \/>\n2. Second notification: when the student reaches 1.87% of absences or non-attendance.<br \/>\n3. Final notification: when the student reaches or exceeds the maximum permitted absence threshold of 2.5%.
